This box contains 50 black and white cards around the two immensely important words, "I am". What we put after those words is what we become and what we create for ourselves in our lives. We suggest you put it somewhere where you sit regularly. Our thought was that having a 'tool box' full of positive quotes, that one can read through regularly, would be very helpful to prompt us to remember who we actually are; magnificent creatures capable of wonderful things and that it applies to each and everyone of us.
